From good to great
Let's start this off with the basics. I'm obsessed with the law, and everything it encompasses. But that's not all I care about. If that were true, I'd be pretty boring don't you think?
I like laws because everyone and everything needs structure but at the same time we should all think freely and have our own opinion. I know it seems contradictory, but it's what I like to call an Amberism. I got it from the show Ally Mcbeal (ironically enough a lawyer show) that had an eccentric character Richard Fish who called his quirky statements "Fishisms". I thought it fit my quirky style well.
I'm at an amazing time in my life. I know who I am, what I want to be, and how I'll get there. That wasn't easy to get to by any means. And I don't think there's enough real content out in the world that discusses how hard it can be to find yourself and how easily it can be to lose yourself. So why not write all my amazing thoughts and Amberisms down for others to read. Considering I always have so much to say, blogging is a great idea. I recently started a new job and a customer told me a quote today I want to share. He said "Say no to things that are good, so you can say yes to things that are great"
Meditate on that. It's a good one.
I always think it's ironic but amazing how life brings in people to drop off amazing wisdom nuggets and help you on this journey.
Well I'd say post #1 is complete.
